Automark folder priority reversed?

In the help it says higher in list means mark last. I find it marks first. I have to do priority to folders 1st (very top) and then put the keep folder last (very bottom) in folders tab. I'm using groups if that helps debug.

Sorry for the delay.
Check you setting, in "General tab" Folder item must be first. On "Folders tab" you can set "to keep" folders on top, they not marked only bottom ones.
