What duration of th songs ? Please, send us this files for detailed analysis.

The precision check hasn't failed me yet, until now. I have a few albums on my computer belonging to the same artist. One of those albums is a Best Of which contains the same songs as the other albums. The only difference is that the audio files are a few seconds longer due to a bigger silent intro. Out of the 15 songs, 4 are not marked as duplicate. It is strange, because all the other songs are above 90% precision, while these 4 jump out with a little as 33.8% precision. The songs are exactly the same minus a few seconds.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I could send a few samples, if you want.
