I am lost also, After running the scan I have 202123 duplicates. Now what?
A simple list of step by step instructions would be a great help. You can also try making a free video tutorial at http://www.techsmith.com/download/trials.asp

I have the same problem.  The scan starts at new: 0/1024 there are never any results displayed.
I am only selecting my mp3 folder which has duplicates in subfolders.

That number do you see in status bar (New:xxx/yyy) after scan ?
Do you see any results in "Results" tab after scan ?

Hi there,
Ive got this huge mp3 collection(about 25K+ songs), with plenty of duplicates.
The problem is, I just can't figure out how this application works. I choose a folder with duplicates and the program caches all the files (959 music apps with duplicates in diff formats), but that is all that happens. I just can't figure out how to proceed further. I understand that a network connection + internet is needed, but I don't know where to connect to. Please help this complete n00b!!
