1) You can clear cache in Options dialog, click "Clear the internal cache" to do so.
2) Cache data located in "%appdata%\Similarity\cache.dat" file, you can freely copy/move/delete it, just restart Similarity.

Is it possible to clear the cache so that I can start again from fresh scanning. Or to save the cache elsewhere so that I could build up a collection of caches for different drives?
Thanks.
