Title: Can't run in XP
Post by: abdu on January 24, 2010, 23:51:01: After installing the software and double clicking the app, nothing happens. It doesn't run. The app doesn't show in task manager. It runs in Windows 7.

Post by: Admin on January 25, 2010, 10:19:59: does it say something (like messageboxes with error), does Windows event log have errors with Similarity (ie. can't load some dll) ?

Post by: Dingo on May 02, 2010, 18:35:38: FYI, I have XP service pack 3 and it works fine for me. I'm using 1.1.0 and I haven't used any previous versions, so maybe this was fixed, but thought I'd throw that in this forum.

i have the same problem. i m using windows xp sp3 and 1.1.0. when i double click nothing happens. i also checked event viewer, but couldnt find anything relevent.

Post by: Admin on May 14, 2010, 05:57:54: hm, very strange, try to remove decoders.dll for one moment (maybe some dlls needed), and try to run with /portable argument

Post by: Fred on June 30, 2010, 09:19:47: 1.3.1 ran just fine in Windows XP SP3, but since I updated to 1.3.2 and 1.3.3, it crashes at every startup (screenshot: i50(dot)tinypic(dot)com/258z1tz.jpg). Still working fine in Windows 7 though.
