Is it possible to scan videos? The program just mentioned Pictures and Music.

Similarity doesn't specially designed for video files, but you can force it to compare audio stream in video files, to do so you need to uncheck "Skip video files" in Options and enable DirectShow decoder in Decoders tab of Options dialog.
