Title: Windows 7 Padlock Icon appears after moving files

I marked a bunch of files and then asked Similarity to move them to another folder.  After this is done, all files appear with a Padlock on them in the new location.  This was not the case in the old location.  Why is this happening?    I've attached a picture of a few of the files in the folder.

This is is icon shows writing permissions limitation.
Similarity doesn't directly set permissions on folders or files, it uses default set.
One of folders has strict permissions or you runned Similarity by other user with different permissions.
