Just installed Similarity. When I have correctly selected my folders and click the scan button, there is no activity. When Similarity opens I receive the "can't open cache file," error message.
Any help is much appreciated.

That means Similarity doesn't closed correctly t eaits something, please disable DirectShow and Microsoft Media Foundation decoders and try again.
