Title: How to compare groups of files?

I want to select many music files in different folders by folder.  I want to group those folders together and compare the files in them to all other music files I have.  Is there a way to do this?

In Folder tab, you can select several folder on right tab with files and folders, use context menu. Just select main folder on left tab.
