Ok, that may be the problem from the Cpu-z report:

Coppermine Intel Pentium III EB Socket 370 FC-PGA (0x4) 0.18 um
   Stock frequency      1000 MHz
   Instructions sets   MMX, SSE
   Northbridge         Intel i815/E/EP rev. B
   Southbridge         Intel 82801BA (ICH2) rev. 11
   Memory Type         SDRAM
   Memory Size         512 MBytes
   Memory Frequency      132.9 MHz (1:1)
Windows Version         Microsoft Windows XP Professional  Service Pack 3 (Build 2600)
   DirectX Version         9.0c
Which version of Simlarity do I need for just old SSE?

Similarity internally use IPP (Intel Perfomance Primives) Library for math operations, from some time they doesn't support old cpus. Try download archived versions from Download sections begining from oldest.
