Title: Where is the reference object?
Post by: FredHermann on March 10, 2013, 18:17:20
Hello,

I am a german user and use the free version for several years. But I do not understand the new philosophy of similarity in update 1.8.x. In 1.7.x there was always the reference object in the first line, which was compared with the other titles. Behind the reference object was no entry in the content-,tag-column and so on. Behind the other files was for example contant = 99%, tag = 75%, ..... But now there is always an entry in all columns.

Where is the reference object?

Thanks!

Fred

Where is no reference object in default view each file in group is reference for itself (you can open them by triangle on left and see files exactly a duplicates for this - reference file). Value shown in scores is maximum from duplicates for this file. The group builded if they intersect in one file. We update article about the new grouping mechanics and add one new grouping option (to not build groups).
