Title: I can't buy via PayPal

Hello.
I have wrote to email but nobody answers.
I can't buy 2.4.2 version via PayPal, the sites answer is "Unfortunately, the seller does not accept payments in the currency you use. Go back to the merchant's page and choose another payment method." But my default currency is USD. I tried to change to EUR and RUR but nothing.
How can I recieve a licence?
